Because the tungsten-nickel-iron high-density alloy has good ductility, it can be machined by turning, milling, planing, threading and tapping. Its main processing advantages lie in two aspects: the variety of processing methods and the high precision of processing. The precision of high specific gravity tungsten alloy can reach +/-0.05mm by lathe machining method, and the complex machining parts can be pre-processed. High-density tungsten alloy dumbbells can also be processed by grinding. The accuracy of this processing method is higher than that of turning, which can reach +/-0.01mm. Grinding mainly deals with the surface, chamfer, groove and other parts of the product.
